Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us. Effective June 21, 2026. This policy does not change your statutory rights.

What we collect

When you submit a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or schedule a call, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email, organization, and message. We also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser, and pages visited) through cookies and analytics, and account data if you use our client portal.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, send updates you request, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards - including HubSpot (forms, CRM, email, and site analytics), Calendly (scheduling), and Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: strictly-necessary (site functionality and security), functional (such as scheduling), and analytics (to understand site usage). Our bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is designed to be privacy-preserving. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of analytics where offered by the provider. We are a US-focused business and this site is intended for users in the United States.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Your CUI is never stored on this site - it stays in your secure enclave. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe to updates, every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages about an active engagement may still be sent.
